Our Story
J Bird Knives is a handmade custom knife company operated and owned by Nick Corzine. Nick Corzine hails from Sonoma, California. All his knives are made in his shop with just a hammer and anvil. Nick is a self taught bladesmith inspired by the outdoors and culinary arts. His love of knives started at a young age after his father gifted him with his very first Swiss Army knife. That love continues to grow today. After the birth of his daughter, Jordan “J Bird” Corzine in 2017, Nick was inspired to start J Bird Knives.
